Battery-Kutter receives the kununu Top Company seal again for 2025

After receiving the Top Company seal for the first time in 2024, we were able to win the award for outstanding corporate culture again for 2025.

The seal recognizes companies with a high level of employee satisfaction. Independent evaluations on the kununu platform are analyzed and the top 5% of all companies are recognized.

It stands for recognition and appreciation and sends a strong signal to potential applicants. In addition, the seal not only has an external effect, but also strengthens the corporate culture.“

A survey conducted by kununu among companies that were recognized as a Top Company last season revealed that:

58% of the Top Companies from the previous year recorded an increased number of applications. The competition for qualified specialists had a positive effect on more than half of these companies as a result of the seal.
