Battery-Kutter is one of the Top Employer 2024

We are delighted that Battery-Kutter has now also been recognized as a "Top Company 2024" by the employer rating platform kununu.                                                               

Battery-Kutter is one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany. The award is based on independent ratings from employees or former employees on the platform.

As only around five percent of companies meet the qualification criteria, this is a very small group. Employers who are awarded the seal are not only characterized by recognition and appreciation, but also send a strong signal to talented people who are looking for the right company," Zimmermann continues.

To qualify for the Top Company Seal 2024, several criteria must be met.

A study from September 2022 shows that the Top Company seal is considered relevant or very relevant to the application process by almost half of applicants when choosing a job. In addition, a survey by kununu shows that using the Top Company seal can increase the number of incoming reviews by an average of 19 %.
